Working with a dedicated coach 3-6 times per week, you’ll target essential metrics and pursue data-driven goals with ongoing, Continuous Body Evaluations.
Every six weeks, we conduct in-depth assessments using physical measurements and ultrasound scans to track skeletal muscle mass, body fat composition, and circumference at key sites.
This guides our team in adjusting your program to ensure we’re addressing challenges particular to your body.
Training Focus: Progressive Overload
At Ignite Performance and Health we focus on strength training to send a signal to our bodies that we absolutely need more muscle. We do this by continually working to failure within sets.
This may sound simple – but the truth is that most people don’t train to failure, don’t track their progress, and don’t push to the next level required for muscle growth.
